What is the folder scope feature?

The folder scope feature allows you to restrict all of the signatures contained in a folder so that they can only apply to the users that you specify.

Similar to how users and groups are assigned to signature policies.

If you have multiple mail-enabled security groups and would like a different set of signatures to apply to each group, the Folder Scope feature can be used to organise these signatures.

For example, if you organise your groups based on location, and have a “Manchester Group” and a “London Group”, you can create a folder for each group.

The signatures in the “London” folder would only apply to the users in the “London Group", and the signatures in the “Manchester” folder would only apply to users in the “Manchester Group”.
