The Signature Rules Tester shows the correct signature but I have no signature in my live emails

Scenario

The Signature Rules Tester shows that a signature is applied, but signatures are not applied when live emails are sent.

Reason

This, most likely, is due to an external issue, where the email has not been routed to Exclaimer Cloud correctly.
