Scenario
You are using Exclaimer Cloud - Signatures for G Suite, and need to obtain a message trace (typically for a support query, or for troubleshooting mail flow issues within G-Suite). Steps below show how to obtain this information, for Exclaimer Support.
Solution
Follow steps below:
- Login to your G-Suite admin portal, here.
- Navigate to Reports > Audit > Email Log Search:
- Enter details for the message you are attempting to trace - for example:
- Click Search.
- Select the required message from the search results list:
- Having selected a message, the trace is opened - for example:
- You can expand these details, by selecting the address at the bottom of the page.
- To download this, click the below icon in the top right of the screen and select Download as CSV file:
- You can attach the downloaded file to an email to Exclaimer Support, or when opening a support ticket.
