Appending signatures to calendaring items

Exclaimer Cloud does not append a signature to calendaring items (such as appointments and meeting requests) because there is no sender specified in the message. As such, we cannot identify the tenant, or even who's signature to append.

Because of this, we add an exclusion to the Office 365 transport rule, which ensures that messages of this type are not sent to Exclaimer Cloud.
