How do I migrate from an on-premise Exclaimer solution to Exclaimer Cloud?


You are using Exclaimer's on-premise range of signature products and would like to migrate your configuration to Exclaimer Cloud - Signatures for Office 365.


Exclaimer Cloud is a service for Office 365 and its architecture is very different to that of our on-premise solutions. As such, it is not possible to migrate the configuration from an on-premise product, to Exclaimer Cloud.

If you wish to move to Exclaimer Cloud - Signatures for Office 365, the general process is as follows:

  1. Register and create an Exclaimer Cloud subscription that links and authorizes your Office 365 tenancy with Exclaimer Cloud. You can do this using this link and starting with a free trial.

  2. After creating a subscription and completing required configuration, you can choose from a list of pre-composed signature templates, which can be customized to fit your own style and image.

    If you cannot find a signatures template that meets all of your needs, you can request for Exclaimer to create a unique signature template for you. To do this, contact the Exclaimer sales team via
