Unable to launch and open your subscription

Scenario:

After logging into the Exclaimer portal, the Launch button is not available, so you cannot access your subscription.

Reason:

Typically, this occurs if you have not accepted the terms and conditions.

Solution:

The user who originally created the subscription must log into the Exclaimer portal (portal.exclaimer.com) and accept the terms and conditions.
