Raising a support ticket

If you encounter a technical issue using Exclaimer Cloud, you can easily raise a ticket and get a member of the Exclaimer Support team to assist you.

  1. Login to your account at portal.exclaimer.com.
  2. In the top right of the screen, click Support.
  3. Click Raise a ticket.
  4. Your account details will be automatically populated. Click Subject to highlight if this is an issue with your Exclaimer Cloud subscription or a general technical issue.
  5. In the field Please describe your problem, provide as much information about the issue you're having. The more information the Exclaimer Support team has, the quicker they will be able to help you.
  6. Click Submit.

A member of the Exclaimer Support team will then contact you within 24 working hours.
