User data and/or group membership updates are not reflected in Exclaimer Cloud

Scenario:

You have updated users data (job title, change of name etc) but the changes are not visible in the signature that is appended by Exclaimer Cloud.

Reason:

This behaviour is likely to occur if the changes made in Office 365/Azure Active Directory have not yet synchronized.

Solution:

Data synchronization occurs automatically once a day. You can force a manual synchronization as per the instructions below:

1. Log into the Exclaimer portal (portal.exclaimer.com)
2. Click the Launch button
3. Click the Settings button at the top of the page
4. Click the Start button under Office 365/Azure Active Directory Synchronization
