Canceling your Exclaimer Cloud trial

You can cancel your Exclaimer Cloud trial at any point within the 14 day period.

Once the 14 day period has expired, you will no longer be able to access your Active Subscriptions unless you upgrade to a paid plan. You can do this by clicking Manage on your Active Subscriptions.

Removing your Exclaimer Cloud domain

If you decide not to proceed with a paid subscription, you may wish to remove the domain that is added as part of your trial subscription setup. To do this, follow steps below:

  1. In the Office 365 Admin Center, navigate to Settings > Domains (via the left-hand navigation pane).
  2. On the Domains page, select the required domain (this will be in the form <unique tenant ID>.smtp.exclaimer.cloud).
  3. Choose Remove.
  4. Follow any additional prompts and then click Close.
