Updating your payment method

When you upgrade your Exclaimer Cloud account to a paid service, you have to input a payment method. We recommend that you include more than one payment method in case your primary one fails. This does not apply to enterprise-level customers.

Login to the portal and navigate to the Payment Methods tab or click Manage under the Payments method section on the Overview page. You can then add new payment methods and remove ones you are currently using.

Exclaimer Cloud does not store any credit/debit card details. When you add a new payment card to your account, you are redirected to the Global Iris payment portal, powered by RealEx Payments. This is secured using a 128-bit SSL Certificate and is one of the most secure ecommerce platforms for online payments.
