The user photos element

The User Photo element adds a user's photo to the signature:


Simply drag this item into the signature template and drop it at the required location. At this point, User Photos Properties are displayed, and you can see how the photo will be shown in the message preview pane:


Complete properties as required and then close the properties window.

Are user photos embedded or web hosted?

All user photos that are uploaded into our system will be embedded into the message when the signature is applied. For more information on the difference between Web Hosted and Embedded images, please see this Exclaimer Knowledge Base article.

Which photos are used?

User photos are uploaded to Exclaimer Cloud, via the User Photos option. For further information, see Working with user photos.

What happens if the User Photo field is defined in a signature, but no image has been uploaded?

By default, the User Photo element is hidden in the signature for users who do not have an uploaded photo.
