Warning ‘Contact owner’ is displayed after logging into the Exclaimer Cloud portal and you are unable to launch the subscription

Scenario:

This warning is displayed when you are not logged in as the subscription owner (i.e. using the email address that was initially used to create the subscription) and the subscription owner has not yet accepted the Exclaimer Cloud terms and conditions. 

Solution:

The subscription owner must login and accept Exclaimer Cloud’s terms and conditions before you can continue.
