Can I configure when data synchronization occurs?


You use Exclaimer Cloud and, by default, data synchronization with the Office 365 tenant takes place once a day (usually in the early hours of the morning, UTC time). You wish to change the time that this synchronization takes place.


Currently, this is not a configurable option. However, you can force a data synchronization manually, as per the instructions below:

  1. Log in to the Exclaimer portal (
  2. Click the Launch button for your subscription.
  3. Click the Settings button at the top of the page.
  4. On the Data Synchronization tab, click the Start button beneath Office 365/Azure Active Directory Synchronization.
