The Service health page is where you will find out if there has been any interruption or outage in your service. It also lets you know about general maintenance or when new updates/features are made available.
See the status of your service
Login to your account and click on the Service health button in the top right of the screen.
You will be presented with status information for today (At a glance section) and the last 30 days (History section).
The icons shown indicate if there are any issues:
- Good - no service issues reported.
- Information - provides further details on scheduled updates or incidents that have occurred.
- Warning - a service alert has been reported. More information will be provided as it becomes available.
- Error - a service incident has occurred. This means that the service is either not functioning or has been degraded.
You can also register for service notifications by email and/or SMS. This means that you will be made aware of any issues as and when they occur.
Simply make sure your details are filled in correctly and click Save to start receiving notifications. You can unsubscribe from them at any time.
